Port of Batangas inaugurates Customer Care Center

In compliance with the Bureau of Customs’ (BOC) 10-Point Priority Program and in support of the Bureau’s commitment to streamline Customs transactions, the Port of Batangas inaugurated its Customer Care Center today, August 17, 2020, making it the 3rd Customer Care Center of the Bureau of Customs.

Port of Batangas Collector Atty. Rhea M. Gregorio led the ribbon cutting ceremony with the Deputy Collector for Operations, Atty. Filemon Mendoza Jr., for the opening of Port of Batangas – Customer Care Center (CCC). 

The CCC will serve as a modern customs service center providing services such as centralized document management and other Customs services. The office shall be under the Port of Batangas and will be manned by trained customs service officers making it a hub for all Customs-related services for POB Stakeholders.

The Bureau of Customs – Port of Batangas ensures the public that it will continue to undertake reform initiatives designed to streamline customs processes and improve internal morale for the best interest of internal and external stakeholders.
