One man has been charged following a shooting
in the northwest community of Sandstone on Friday evening.
Police were called to the 200 block of Sandarac Place N.W. for reports of shots fired around 8:40 p.m. on Friday.
When officers arrived, they found a 27-year-old man and a 19-year-old man dead in a vehicle.
Another male youth was transported to hospital with gunshot wounds. He remains in hospital in stable condition.
Calgary police released photos on Saturday of three suspects and a black Infiniti two-door coupe believed to be connected to the shooting.
Police have identified and charged one suspect, but are still looking to identify the other two. The suspect vehicle was also located.
Dennis Wong, 20, is charged with two counts of accessory after the fact to murder, and one count of party to the offence of an attempted murder.
The Calgary man is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
Autopsies for the two fatal shooting victims were scheduled for Monday. Investigators believe it was a targeted attack.
